Wyoming Fishing Trips
Keyhole Reservoir
Keyhole State Park, located on the western edge of the famed Black Hills, features nine
campsites, reservoir, marina and hotel.
The Keyhole area centers on the reservoir, approximately 14,720 acres of water
recreation opportunity.
The reservoir has over 9,000 surface acres and 53 miles of shoreline. Public use area,
camping, picnic areas, trailer dump station, concession, swimming, boating, hiking, and
fishing. Available species include walleye, bass, and northern pike. Open all seasons.
Few Wyoming reservoirs have been able claim a full pool many times in the last
decade, but Keyhole is at or near its 13,000-acre capacity.
Thanks again to that ample water, Keyhole is becoming Wyoming's most consistent walleye
spot.
The tournament crowd has discovered Keyhole's consistency, and the lake hosts
several regional tournaments each spring and summer.
